I've gone through a little bit of a rough patch recently, felt pretty shitty about myself and I'd resolved myself some lessons from my whole experience, in that I shouldn't care what people think about me, life's too short to hate and if people do have a problem with me, it's their problem.
Now, these all made sense and made me feel better, but I still had lingering nerves, etc, etc.
So, I sleep for 3 hours today, wake up and all of my worry is gone, "the situation" is a non-issue and I'm just happy.
Is it normal to just recover like that?
