Is Time Underused in Games?

Doesn't Okami have a slow-down-time thing?
And yes I'd like to see some multiplayer games with these abilities.

It's more like a 'freeze time and paint a watercolour wound on your enemies' kinda thing.

What they shouldn't do is make time your worst enemy like in Zelda MM.

Dead Rising was horribly marred by the time limit too.

Yes holy crap that got on my nerves! I was running back and forth across the mall trying to complete every single mission and save every single survivor but there just wasn't enough time and those survivors certainly didn't make things easier. Lemmings have better survival skills than them, at least they understand what "Follow me" means.

I ended up killing the assholes myself, just made the whole annoying experience quicker.

That game was bastard hard, except when you got the cheaty twin mini chainsaws...
