Is Xbox live down for anybody else?

I was just wondering if anybody else can't connect to live. I live in manchester, england and can't seem to get on and apparently other people are also having this problem...

Edit: Thank god it's not just my connection! It's a shame though, it's 25 times XP on Gears Of War 2

Xbox Live and Xbox.com are down for people all over the world. It might just be the Fall dashhboard update...hopefully.
