Is Xbox Live down for anyone else?

So, I'm having trouble connecting to XBL, but no problems with other internetty things... I don't think it's just my xbox, since xbox.com and the gamertag on my profile aren't showing up properly either. Can anyone else confirm this?

Yeah, I had a few issues when I went home for lunch. But after I rebooted my xbox, it seemed to be working fine. They might be doing some work for that fall dashboard update...

It went down for my brother but not for me; I'm in the room across the hall!

Although my friends list is playing up, it flickers between 1 friend and no friends.

I cant connect as a hacker got me and charged 10000 ms points and a guy on the yahoo answers about this got charged 5000 ms points so be careful i dont know if its related but hey what you gonna do

I have problems because some jackass hacked my account. Now I'm waiting for a call back or email from Xbox Customer Servies. They say I'll be down 25 days. That's bull and I know it. Why can't I just get my points back? Why can't I am I losing days on my Gold membership? Why does the Customer Service to Xbox suck so bad?

the same thing just happened to me and a friend of mine claiming he purchased 6000 ms points on my account (because he bought me a game with his paypal once)

I'm disconnected to at the moment. But probably for different reasons.

There was a guy who came to adjust our routers so my Mom's printing machine would work or something like that and now I'm disconnected from both XBOX LIVE and PSN. I'm assuming the WPA code or whatever was changed.

It annoyed me when it went down, as I was kicking more ass than usual on Gears of War 3. Damn.
