Mine is September 20th and I remember when 9/11 happened... pretty awkward birthday i'll tell you what.
Lol, just imagine how the people who had birthday on 9/11 felt.
Have a friend who's birthday is 9/11. Needless to say, he doesn't celebrate his birthday either lol
9/11 was my dad's 40th birthday. Bit of a downer. But we celebrate it. It is a little odd though.

As for me, July 6. I share a birthday with George W. Bush (damn), 50 Cent (damn), Sylvester Stallone (meh), and Geoffrey Rush (Woot). Other things of note: the executions of Jan Hus and Thomas More, the coronations of Richards I and III of England, the death of Louis Armstrong, and the day the AK-47 went into production.

September 1st. The day the Nazis invaded Poland, thus beginning the Second World War. Not exactly a positive aspect, but hey it's history.
Same here. Born September 1st.

Also:
King Louis XIV dies after 72 years of reigning
The Boston Subway opens
The Great Kanto Earthquake
Muammar al-Gaddafi comes to power after a coup in Lybia
RMS Titanic is found

And apparently it is the first day of school for the Americas(North and South America) which is strange seeing as school starts for me in August.

I was born on May 20th. It seems as though lots of stuff happened on my birthday..
Some of the stuff I found interesting:

1609 ? Shakespeare's sonnets are first published in London, perhaps illicitly, by the publisher Thomas Thorpe.
1813 ? Napoleon Bonaparte leads his French troops into the Battle of Bautzen in Saxony, Germany, against the combined armies of Russia and Prussia. The battle ends the next day with a French victory.
1969 ? The Battle of Hamburger Hill in Vietnam ends.
1996 ? Gay rights: The Supreme Court of the United States rules in Romer v. Evans against a law that would have prevented any city, town or county in the state of Colorado from taking any legislative, executive, or judicial action to protect the rights of gays and lesbians.

Events
1284 ? the legendary Pied Piper leads 130 children out of Hamelin, Germany
1870 ? The Christian holiday of Christmas is declared a federal holiday in the United States.

Births
1921 ? Violette Szabo, French WWII secret agent (the one Velvet Assassin is based on)
1955 ? Mick Jones, British guitarist (The Clash)
1968 ? Paolo Maldini, Italian footballer
1980 ? Michael Vick, American football player
1987 ? Samir Nasri, French footballer
1992 ? Jennette McCurdy, American actress and singer - So I'm born on the exact same day as the one chick from iCarly that isn't iCarly. Woo.

Holidays and observances

International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking
International Day in Support of Victims of Torture

So the happy sort of holidays, right

Well, I share birthday with Ethan Coen, H.G. Wells, a bunch of Nobel Price winners laureates and. . . shitloads of others. Also, it's the international day of peace, which is funny considering I hold the opinion that we've spent too long without any real war, which has led to stupid fixations of the superfluous and superficial, as seen by looking at most stuff being sold today, with a bigger focus on looks than functions, and the likes.

And yea, I actually knew that without Wikipedia. But after looking at the list of stuff that has happened the 21st of September, I decided that it was too much to read.

December 1st 1990, I can't seem to find much that I find all that interesting.
Well, I was born, and that's probably the best thing to ever happen to the world.

November 3, 1989. Same birthday as the Earl of Sandwich. :)

I was also born on the last day of the Berlin Wall falling. My mom always told me how she was watching the news of it while in the hospital.

December 25th.

I share a birthday with Isaac fucking Newton (I'm pretty sure that was his middle name...), Shane MacGowan, Josh Freese, Cab Calloway, Humphrey Bogart, and Karl Rove.

I'm pretty sure some other douchebag shares this birthday, too...

December 13, Ice Cream Day! http://loadingreadyrun.com/videos/view/98/2003-Holiday-Special

It's also Ben Bernanke's birthday, but, aside from the name, he's about as boring as you can get.
