Discuss anything at all? Okay, then here's what I've got to say: it really bugs me when somebody thinks something is overrated just because s/he didn't like it. There was this guy who said that he thought The Catcher in the Rye was overrated. Critics liked it, regular readers often love it, but since he didn't like it it's overrated. He thought his opinion was more correct than the opinions of others, as if it was a fact and not an opinion. That kind of thing bugs me.

Getting hyped about Leeds Fest. next week, which is a big wooyay .. ummm .. need to start looking for a job though. Seen a biomedical scientist option which I have the ability to get into, however it is a part of the army which means I need to sign up for 4 years of service.

I'm starting to question why I signed up for Anthropology. I mean, it seems... interesting enough, and it was the lesser of evils for a humanities class... By why does my first day of college ever have to be a three-hour lecture class on Anthropology? /whine

Also, I'm hoping Brink will be amazing. Kinda random, but I just finished watching a video on it and I'm worried the PC version will be a shoddy port.

I haven't taken anthropology yet although it sounded interesting, I agree. I also don't understand the need for a 3 hour lecture. It's proven that our attention span wans after even a half hour (at least mine does ). That's rough and yea i've been to long lectures before.. they're not fun.

I just finished posting in a thread where the general purpose is to throw the word "Bieber" into an existing band name to create either bizarre bastardizations of the existing names or horrible double entendres(sp?). I ended up making a list of names roughly 3/4's of a page long (and I'm pretty goddamn tired so that's probably a bit of a stretch) in about 2 minutes.

I feel dirty and ashamed of myself now.

Also, I could really go for a margarita right about now.
