Ah, damnit. I thought I was immune. it was't working for me at first. Now, I've clicked it multiple times and, voila, it works.

EDIT - Ha ha ha ha ha. After hitting post it reset to normal.

EDIT 2 - Oh, I get it. It's a random tilt. Sometimes it's tilted (at different angles) and sometimes it's normal. Oh, well.

I do have some bad news for some people, it works just fine in IE9. I decided to test it just because.

But if you toss Compatibility Mode on, it won't work. So yeah, in the future, remember that someone had to do the science, and I chose to be it. Watching ZP tomorrow should be fun.
