It's a freaking pixel hunt...

Hello Escapist.

Backstory time: I am playing Pokemon Ruby right now, and I am trying to compose a beta team to send into my friend's Sapphire to help clean up some of the mess I need gone to get to Latios. I decided that this team is to comprise of:
Absol.
Magneton.
Alakazam.
Skarmory.
Breloom.
And... Milotic.

That last one means I have to find a Feebas. For those of you that don't know about Feebas, it is a waterbound pokemon found in route 119. But out of the roughly 400 squares of water in route 119, it shows up in six random places. That means, I have to go on a pixel hunt.

So, discussion time. What is the worst/biggest pixel hunt you have ever been on? Be it something like mine, or trying to find that one pixel that, when a bomb is used on, completes the level. Share your blood pressure raising stories here friends!

I remember in Sanitarium I had to pick up a rock and throw it at a church bell in order to advance the level. There were some stones lying around, but the ones that stuck out were just part of the background. Of course, the stone that could be picked up was coloured in such a way that it completely blended in with its surroundings, so I completely missed it and ended up wandering around for half an hour trying to find something, anything I could click on that I had previously missed.

I never knew that Feebas was that rare. I ran into one when I was younger and just KO'd it without thinking.

Anyway, some of the puzzles for Subject 16's video in Assassin's Creed II reduced me to pixel hunting, though they really weren't that hard.
