Hypothetical question:

Picture one of your favorite places. You have a lot of memories at this place (Real life, game, whatever, it can be your house) And its being demolished. Normally this would make someone very mad, and in television or stories where this happens, it is normally made into a parking lot, which usually symbolizes it wont be remembered, it has no worth, its expendable.

Still have that place in your head?

Okay, its just been destroyed, too late for you to stop it.

What is it being made into? What thing is built on top of this beloved place that will make you want to go commando on the people that made it? A statue to Justin Bieber? And abortion clinic?.... a statue to- wait I did that one.

So once again, Your favorite place in the world is gone, what would you HATE to have built on top of it?

A zoo.

Never got the appeal of them, it always includes walking for hours to see the rare winged elephant for a minute.

Oh and add the place that gets destroyed if you feel like it. I'm not editing this in because I am a dirty post whore.

A Starbucks. I hate coffee, and there is probably at least 50 in the same town. If they want to build more they should just put another Starbucks in existing Starbucks.

A waterpark. No favorite place of mine should EVER be made into a sanctuary for the life forms I despise most in this world.
And worst of all, this place would be in my hometown, so nuking it would be problematic for me.

My dad helps build them, and it's a common joke among the workers (and pretty much everyone). Hell, they've put a few pictures of a Starbucks inside a washroom inside the Starbucks washrooms.

On topic, I would hate for them to build one of those ugly ass mansions I see going up around my neighbourhood. I would burn that place to the ground.
