According to the most recent entry in Valve's official blog, the Scout Pack should be out by next week. All the achievements and upgrades are finalized, and they're just fixing some minor clipping issues before the Scout pack is launched.

Gents, lace up your running shoes and grab your bats! Heavys, get your newly upgraded Natashas primed and ready! We're about to go off to the races...

Well, Natasha now does more damage than previously and the bullet spread for both miniguns has been tightened. So now Heavys are ready to deal with the sudden influx of Scouts.

Something they I hope they give the scouts is a way to at least get past sentry guns, like a flashy light-bulb-beacon launcher to distract it.
