Oh that's what it is. I thought it was just eggs.

I'm not so sure I like the idea of milk and alcohol. Something about it just screams food poisoning.

A good Brandy VSOP or XO if you can afford it, or a very good extra dark rum such as Vizcaya
Cask 21, or 1 Barrel.

it was originally an English invention except we packed it with masses of alcohol. as all drinks should be at Christmas, the yanks so how like it with out.
