Rejoice, for it is time! Time for me... to get some damn posters up on my bedroom walls at long last. I'm sick of looking at those blank colours all the time, it needs some personality damn it!
Trouble is, my personality is failing me here. I only have 1 poster right now, which is the poster for John Carpenter's The Thing, and even that's going to need replacing soon, because it's old and starting to give up to the years it's been up there.
I want to have my movie primarily movie-poster decorates (unless there are cool video game posters I'm not aware exist) but most of the posts I find for movies I love are... well... boring. To put it lightly.
So basically, I need some help finding various good-looking posters that I can kit my room out with to make it look... well, like it's actually my room. I feel like I want in part to be a pretentious dick and just cover it in "classic" movie posters like the cinema-snob people, but I've barely seen and 'classic' movies save for a rare few.
So yeah, can anyone recommend any visually interesting posters, be it movies, TV shows or video games?
P.S: Yes I'm aware that putting up posters for movies/tv shows/games that I may not have seen or played is stupid, but that's the secondary purpose of this: gathering names of films that I might be interested in seeing. But the 'recommend me some films' threads are so cliché and old hat, don't you think?
