I just today got a Samsung Intensity, I connected it to my PC via its USB cable, and Windows came up with this thing that tried to find software for it. So I let it do its thing and it couldn't find any drivers for it. That isn't the problem though. Later on I I unplugged it from my computer after pressing the disconnect button on the phone and when I unplugged it, it said the device was removed to early and the software may not work as intended or something along those lines. So i plugged it back in a now my computer can't tell that the phone even exists. Any ideas on how to fix this problem, or do I need to find some sort of driver or something?

Such a threat title just calls for a cancer joke =p

I'm afraid I can't really give you any advice on cellphones. Mine is pretty old and I never tried to directly plug it into my computer because there's no reason to do that thanks to bluetooth.

But it sounds like you might have a pretty big problem. Does your phone still work? If yes, then maybe it's not too bad...

Plug it in and see if it shows up in the Unknown Devices section of Device Manager, remove it, and install the software off of any disc that you may have gotten with it, or see if you can download drivers directly from Samsung's website.

Well what carrier do you have? I have Verizon and none of my phones have ever been able to hook up with my computers because of Verizon's stupid contract rules or something :/ So that might be the problem. If not, then I don't know what to tell ya.
