Complaining about Ace Attorney not coming over is fine.
Complaining about Megaman Legends 3 being canceled is fine, but for the wrong reasons. The first two didn't exactly move a huge number of copies if I remember correctly, so they don't want to take a risk with a game that not a lot of people will play. Plus the series had a ginormous gap between games, so they're not sure if the people who played before will still care or if newcomers will feel like jumping in. It's not like everyone can go dig up an old PS1 and a copy of the first two games to get up to speed.
Re-releasing Street Fighter every year? It's been at least two years between SF4 and SSF4, plus it's been said that SSF4 will be the final version, period. We're getting the AE as a free patch, so you're not allowed to say anything about that. If you're talking about SF2, then you're several years too late.
DLC costumes don't bother me. If I really really wanted them, then I'd pay for them. I don't want them, so I don't care. It's only a cosmetic change anyway, so it's not a big deal either way. I just wish we could preview our stuff before we decide to buy (this includes gamerpics and themes).
DLC characters are a little more iffy. Maybe I do want to have them, but don't know if I'll really stick with them or not. My brother suggested giving DLC characters a 1 time trial period before you decide to get them, and that's really not a bad idea. A few hours of play time (online, training, etc) and then you're locked out of the trial. Thing is, I see the potential for someone exploiting it and making the trial period last forever.
Also, adding to the above, the alternative to DLC characters is to release an entirely new game just to include those characters. This leads to your now outdated complaint about Street Fighter being re-released every year.
