Having studied the extent of the injuies i would say the man had a range of anatomical knowlage that surpassed your average whitechapler. He knew what he was looking for and there were no random cuts. He was precise. Id say an outsider with a decent education or a doctor iether in whitechapel or nearby as most of the murders are localised.
