Jack Thompson: Any Response?

If youve been paying attention to the news reel this week Jack Thompson threatened Gabe Newell with legal action over that School Shooter mod for Half-Life 2 [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/108523-Jack-Thompson-Threatens-Gabe-Newell-Over-School-Shooter-Mod].

He gave Valve until 5pm EST to do something about it.

Well as far as im aware 5pm EST has passed so has he embarked on another of his pointless lawsuits or has he remembered that no-one likes him enough to care?

The news post i linked in the OP tells us he also sent a similar letter to the creators of the mod. No prizes for guessing what he wanted them to do. Or for what certain keywords he used.
