He has an opinion and is using his freedom of speech and knowable of the system to voice his concerns i do not think disbarring him is a good idea.

What Cyclo said, also he just flat out ignored facts in favour of his own agenda and had zero respect for the legal system when things didnt go his way, such things as mailing gay porn to judges who'd disagreed with him and the like. Also claims such as 'the rumble feature on the playstation controller is a hardwired signal to turn your child into a murderer of police officers, every time they press a button, they're learning how to kill' and other such nonsense.
Note, that's not a direct quote, but I imagine it's an understatement considering some of the BS he's come out with over time.
Think how dodgy lawyers are generally.
Now imagine how bad you need to be to get thrown out!
Still, you just know when Manhunt 3, GTA 5, or Madworld 2 comes out, there's gonna be a special segment on FOX news with 'Former lawyer Jack Thompson' telling people how these games turn children into murderers, and that you should buy your child some safe sporting equipment instead, like a rifle or shotgun'.
EDIT: Of course, Rockstar stated quite happily that they were happy to have JT campaigning against them as 'if he wasn't against us, we might have to deal with someone competent'.
Essentially, nothing has changed, he's still going to be the face of the anti game lobby, ready with an idiotic statement whenever the media need one, and ready to harrass grieving parents whenever a child dies in case he can connect it to Wii Fit or Animal Crossing.
