Jack Thompson Facing Federal Court Disbarment

Jack, your one fry short of a happy meal. If your not fit to practice law in Florida, shouldn't that also include any other court that practices law?

I thought disbarred meant no practicing of law anywhere, at any time?

It should, but I can sort of see his reasoning. He thinks that, since he was disbarred by State Courts, he should still be able to practice law in Federal Courts. It's absolute bull, but federal and state courts are distinct enough that I can see his reasoning, if nothing else.

anyway, back to the topic...we really haven't heard all that much from him lately. most of his current fights seem to be with the courts.

But seriously I'm glad that they're planning to get rid of him even on a federal level. I guess that would mean he'd try to sue Rockstar and other video game companies in Britain or something (Scientology joke + 1).
