I realize that this was from a long time ago, but I just came across it and wanted to share it. Does anyone else thing this guy's "crusade" is weak and futile?

I especially like the part when he talks about the first time he tried to sue a DJ.

First off, I thought for a minute he'd done something new, and wanted to see.
Secondly, your link reeks for 404 for me. But yes, most of what he has done is stupid, so I can safely assume this will be as well. I still wanted to play the Jack Thompson video game.

Yes old news. There was a group of gamer attorneys on a couple ABA message board though that were quite pleased when his license was yanked. He was an embarassment to my profession.

He will probably end up a commentator for Fox news, mark my words.
