Why must threads like these come up so often? Every last one of them makes me hate my family more and, more for coming to the US, so far away from true pies, Irn Bru and now, the Jaffa Cake...I hate my family...We don't even have proper pancakes here...PITY ME!!!

Glorious. I was going to make a Stargate reference myself when I read the thread title, but got ninja'd right in the OP.

Unfortunately, America is pretty stubborn about getting decent "junk food", I don't think I've ever even seen Jaffa Cakes in any of the local grocery stores. But then, I tend to avoid sweets if I can help it, what with my crippling soda addiction.

I don't know about K. and S. World Market (looking it up it looks like a different store, something local to Nashville, Tennessee), but there's a national chain called World Market that probably would carry them. They carry stuff from all over the world, hence the name. The store locator turned up three locations in Nashville, interestingly enough.
