Jailbreaking

So yesterday I just jailbroke my iPod. About. Freaking. Time! It's incredible - now my apps are 5x5, and I have my own custom background. But now... I'm at a bit of a loss. What is there now? I've done all the basic stuff, but what extra apps from Cydia are things that could radically change the way I use my iPod?

Also, if you have jailbroken, what pitfalls or interesting stories have you come across?

My iPod had Linux on it, but I was mostly bored with it by the time I put that on.

Can you run Flash on your iPad now?
Edit: Decently? I've seen a few videos of Flash running in iPads and the framerate suffered tremendously.

Not much.

I like the Mixtube app that lets you save Youtube videos and watch them without internet connection. Besides that I like how my little brother changed the clicky sounds the iPhone makes to the sound the Carbine in Halo 2.

It means to release your hardware from Apple and AT&T's restrictions.
