Jak and Daxter 4?...Wait, what??

So, I was browsing through the entertainment section at work today (works at a Superstore), and I was looking around and I saw this in the PS2 section:

Yeah, it's alright. It just seems like the only reason this exists is because High Impact Games was running out of money. Which, most likely, is correct.

Ah, I see...cause I hear all over the place on how people wanted a new Jak, and then I see this and no talk about it, and now I see why...and also, to the person who said that its just because its on the PSP, it's available for the PS2 as well.

jak games as well as ratchet games on the psp can't stand up to console versions so... yeah they are okay just well, since naughty dog or insomniac didnt make them they just couldnt compare...

I've heard of it.

I'm not gonna buy it though. Even though Jak 2 is my favourite game of all time, and I love the series, a title that is ported from the PsP and made by a company that is NOT Naughty Dog is not something I will buy.

They already crossed the line when they mentioned that 40% of the game would be in air, but once they showed Dark Daxter (They're basically a bastard version of the werehog levels in Sonic Unleashed. And they were horrible enough as they are), I knew I wouldn't buy this game.

Jak and Daxter will go the same way Crash Bandicoot did. I mean, Lost Frontier isn't even a true sequel to Jak X, because at the end of that game the mob was ordered to get rid of Jak while he discovered that Rain was a traitor.

The Lost Frontier isn't a true Jak game, it isn't made by Naughty Dog.

Eh, I might pick it up eventually. I loved the jak games(barring X, which I've never played) and it looks like it at least tries to be similar to the originals, even though it seems like a tacked on "sequel". Then again, Jak 3 pretty much screwed them as far as sequels go.
