Basically Jeff Bliss ranted about the teacher not teaching and handing out packets to do. I understand why he is frustrated about this because you cant teach someone by throwing paperwork at them then expect them to understand it. Could this show how our schools are failing kids? I can see both sides, The teacher could be one of many who gave up on teaching because teachers are now teaching how to take tests rather then teaching them about the subject. But I don't know, what do you guys think about this?

Also he got the best hair.
