I was cruiseing through Netflix and I came across the 2007 show Jekyll, and I keep thinking, why don't we see shows like this in the U.S.? I mean, everything that shows up in media over here just seems to degreade into immaturity and whatever didn't gets the axe.

Any thoughts?

Because you don't have James Nesbitt. Another pretty awesome show that aired recently on the BBC, Vexed. I really have no idea, the only decent viewing I get out of the US comes in the form of Cold Case and Dexter. Ther rest... well... Two and a Half Men is good for the odd laugh.

Thats true, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip and Arrested Development... both amazing shows and both cancelled. Bloody shame.
