Now alot of people here seem to know this great game. One of Sega's greatest idea's since Sonic himself. There is really no game like it. Roller Skating, spray painting on the cops and good rap music. So who was the guy/girl you played with most? What part of the Streets did you enjoy being on and messing with? What could have made this game better Other than XBox Live? Talk and be civil.

My first thought: "How does introducing a good game to a bunch of screaming monkeys make it better?"

Followed by "Wait, wasn't that just a single player game?"

At any point, I missed out on the whole Dreamcast era.

It does't have guns so why would sreaming mokey even care about it.

I found the gameplay to be an annoying mix of repetition and addiction, and the music to be passable to begin with (and vile at the end). But it was fun enough, and somehow I completed it.

Then what do the helicopters, giant robot, captain of the police, policemen wearing black, people in bear costumes and jets use?

I loved this game when I was younger. BEST game that I've ever played. I mostly used Clutch.

Jet Set Radio Future was a fantastic game, I still have it on my shelf. Completed it a long while ago majoring Beat and Zero-Beat... damn that end boss gives you a migrane. Still, an awesome game and I really must break out my dreamcast and play the original again sometime.

It was on Xbox....

Personally I thought the game was "meh" at best - repetitive areas etc, but on reflection, better than most junk that comes out nowadays.
Huh, I did not know that. From the post and title I assumed he was talking about Jet Set Radio and how it could be improved should it be remade.

Thank you.

Actually I'd really like to see a remake version...
Jet Set Radio with snappy cell graphics, large open worlds, new storylines and LOTS of new music. I swear the only reason I don't play that game still is because I got so sick of hearing "The concept, the c-c-c-concept of LOVE!" It would have to be single player though, I wouldn't be too fond of an online version even if it did mean competing for areas. And make Beat the main character again!

Gum and Rhyth in Future. In the first I played with Garam and Pirahna, but I didn´t like their re-designs.

I never played the original. Always wanted to though.

I got an Xbox when it first came out and Jet Set Radio Future was one of the bundled games that came with it. When I moved on to the 360, the bundled version didn't work. So I went out and bought the single game version for it (was only a few dollars, well worth it). I still pull it out and play it from time to time. I always find myself just messing around in the Skyscraper District or 99th street. Kibogaka (or however it's spelt) Hill is fun too. I've gotten almost all the soul things (the name escapes me) and the characters.

It's most definitely one of my all time favorite games.

EDIT:

Favorite characters would be Ryth, Boogie, and the 99th street girl.

I always played as Combo because he looked cool with that radio on his shoulder. But if I wanted to be faster I picked Beat. It was a good game, the J-pop wasnt really my cup of tea but some tracks were pretty good. (the bus station comes to mind)
