Yeah, if your putting DLCs in a game the version im buying is the "all-in-One" version that is discounted to cost less than new launch title. Sadly even the best studios like Paradox are doing it now like as if that was a normal thing to do.
Whats even worse is that people are buying into it.

Sadly there is less games that do this every year. Even the hardcore developers now released a "enchanted downloadable content". though, admittedly, for free.
