Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade

Who here has seen this movie? I haven't seen the whole thing, but what I have seen is fascinating. This is especially surprising to me, since I usually have it out for anime, but this film was strangely compelling.

The first fifteen minutes or so of the riot and the suicidal teenager were very powerful.
Too bad I can't finish watching it, I don't remember where I saw it.

Anyways, what are your opinions on the film?

That's a film I haven't heard about in a while.

I thought it was pretty good, especially in the art and animation department. The story does start to lag towards the end, and I wasn't too fond of the conclusion in general. I did like it overall though.

I especially liked the sequence with the satchel charges detonating, and the riot police charging the crowd.

And, for animation, it was really impressive, far better than a lot of anime I have seen.
