I was contemplating a Zombie Update, but then I remembered that I don't watch
X Factor and that before watching that clip I only knew about Jedward for what was said about them and a song by The Corrigan Brothers [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vl50RPLsybg].
I don't really care about them that much. If they're genuinely as rubbish as people say they are then they won't last at all in the charts. Whilst
X Factor helps people get started in the music industry it doesn't help them survive the metaphorical jungle that rears itself after the first single and possibly the first album. You don't need talent to win a reality TV show, but you do need it to make it strong in the music industry. If you need further reassurance of this then look up
Son of Dork,
Hear'Say and Leon Jackson. When the latter of those three had his first single come out after winning
X Factor (not including his winning song), it was beaten to the no.1 spot by
The Winner's Song by Geraldine McQueen, a fictional character created by Peter Key as a parody of reality TV shows like
X Factor.
Give it a year or two (if that) and we won't need to worry about them ever again. Though I do wish there was more detail in the OP, bearing in mind that some of us don't watch reality TV, and that some of us don't even live in the UK.
