Pretty much any "your mom" joke.

And there's one annoying one a friends of mine says every day; "Aren't you glad today 's Monday?"

He says that every day before we get on the bus and after we get off the bus...

And one other person I know says "The game" every day as well...
he's put a sign on his binder that says it, he shows pictures of him holding the sign, he shouts it off at any given opportunity...

I agree but apparently Game Dogs doesn't. I predict many Soviet Russia jokes.

OT: I am sick and tired of jokes that seem innocent until the person telling it simply ends by saying "Then he epically failed". That may have just been my hometown though.

Alternatively, which ones were never funny to begin with?

Any and all Chuck Norris Jokes. I haven't heard one that has made me laugh. Not one.

I will agree with the whole "that's what she said" when it's really not a double entendre. But I know a girl who has taken that to a whole other level, not only is what was previously said not a double-entendre, but she tops it off with "that's what he said"... Yeah she's completely dense. And yes it's overused, by her. All the time.
