Jon Bernthal Says His Punisher Is "Completely Unapologetic"

The problem with having The Punisher kill civilians is he is very patient when is suits him. So unless killing the civilians is the only way to take out a target inside a several day period, he is EXTREMELY unlikely to do so

Fun fact: There's a classic Daredevil comic where Punisher is one of the villains, and ends up accidentally killing a civilian while escaping police custody. If I remember correctly, it clearly disturbs him, but he swallows it with some "greater good" argument.

Jump ahead a few years later (to Punisher Marvel Knights) and he kills another vigilante for doing the same thing.

I don't know which take Netflix will go with, but since the former is a Daredevil storyline, that approach wouldn't surprise me at all.
