Journey is a true gem in gaming.

You can play it in one sitting, and you probably should since it makes the journey all the more mesmerizing and fullfilling.

After having played Mass Effect 3 for the last week, playing Journey felt like stepping into a cool summer breeze after having been cooped up in a hot, muggy room.

Cooped up in a hot, muggy room.....full of manchildren incapable of making a coherent conversation about how well designed was the narrative structure of the endings and incapable of leaving aside their fanboism of Star Wars and Star Trek that compelled them to buy the Mass Effect series in the first place.

Poor Gene Roddenberry, he wanted a peaceful future in space and now is rolling on his grave by hearing the fanboys complaining about useless crap and being incapable of socialize.

Busy today and I don't have any money in my PSN account, so I'll get it some time tomorrow. Really don't want to miss it. Flower was amazing, so I have every faith in Journey.

what, are you mad? its a samurai film with asian symbolism done from a western perspective with western sci-fi elements.
eeeeehm nop, it was just another "homage" of the 30's Sci Fi with the added touch of looking like footage of the WW2
And it used The Hidden Fortress (a Japanese samurai film) as its skeletal base. George Lucas has mentioned that many times.

OT: I loved Journey so much. It's tied with Ico for my third favorite game (my taste is kind of predictable). I think it could have been my #1 favorite game, but Silent Hill 2 and Riven were played during my formative years and nothing can change that.

I played it on Tuesday before I left home for a week, but I just can't wait to get back and play Journey again. I'm all twitchy over it.

Finally, a game I had high super-expectations for that actually exceeded them.
