i can' help but think it's an awfully big coincidence that these things always happen with Zen United releases
Zen specialise in getting Japanese releases over to Europe. Considering the attitude expressed by many Japanese developers, could it be that they don't care enough/at all about Europe so Zen are always up against it?

Seems to me that without the likes of Zen nobody in Europe would be able to play the games legally and/or without difficulty. Strange how they seem to be getting a verbal kicking for no valid reason I can see on here.
That is possible.
Either way, they lose a lot of sales because of these delays, since most PS3 games aren't region locked. Thanks to Dollar>Euro conversion they tend to end up being cheaper if you import. The longer it takes, the more people will be tempted to just import it from the USA.

For Blazblue the release date was delayed multiple times. If they had just chosen a more appropriate date from the start less people would have been pissed off.

It is my gut feeling that this is the square fault of the publisher or associated lack of communication. Atlus is still cool.

I'm getting steadily more f***ing annoyed by this region lock bulls***. Mainly because of my experience with Armored Core V, in which the regions are seperated during gameplay as well, which as you can guess is a massive boon when the online multiplayer is based around mechanics that only JP has the playerbase to work with.

I came for the promise of Comically oversized roosters. Instead i get somewhat disappointing news about a game i have a mild to moderate interest in.

Now if You'll excuse me, gentlemen, i'll be taking my leave now.

I guess they're being consistent. Europe didn't get P3P until the day of the Royal Wedding.

Atlus doesn't even have a publishing division in Europe, so they all have to outsource their games, and get other publishers interested in publishing their games. They also have to make sure they get a decent return for it as well.

This takes a long time, a very long time. So it's no surprise that Atlus games get delayed in Europe.

Fuck you too Atlus, Fuck you too.
I have been a huge fan but this puts them next to Capcom and EA for as far as bad publishers go in my book.
A company who can't get its shit across the borders shouldn't even be thinking of region lock.
This shit isn't just about P4:Arena, the whole company is moving in favour of of making 3DS games, you know...a region locked system, so we are fucked for SMT4,Code Of the Princes and whatever else they are making for it.
I've been patient,I've been for the most part loyal, but if your doing what you can to keep me away from your games then fuck you too.

Atlus should of still released it...I was REALLY looking forward to it...they better bring Persona 5 out in all countries. D:<

And this region lock is all because Atlus didn't want the Japanese consumers to import the game from America at a cheaper price...

God, it's so silly.

Anyway, I'm sorry you guys. I really hope you get it soon because it's a really good game.

And if it doesn't come soon enough, you always have the second best option of importing Persona 4: Golden when that comes out. No region lock on the Vita. :D

Just import then. You'll still get it by years end and you don't have to wait. No region lock. Boom. Problem solved.

Oh and this isn't twitter so hash-tagging just makes you look... well i won't say it, but people know.

Yeah, but if you are like me, you are completely out of excitement for the game, I am not even gonna bother getting it when it does come out in the next millennium over here.

I am looking forward to my imported copy of P4G but it's release date here is Spring 2013, incompetence if I ever saw it.

Even when it does come out here, almost no one will be playing it online :(
Fair enough. It's a good game, no doubt, but certainly one a persona fan can skip.

And as for P4G, I'm going to play the game all the way through alone and with no help to get the original P4 experience.

And I'm curious, how many online features does it have? I know it has the dungeon rescue feature, but beyond that, I'm clueless. :/

It completely sucks but there isn't really anything we can do about it, I guess you could just not buy it but that could stop Atlus from bringing games here ever.

You do know Persona 4 Arena is the only region locked PS3 game right?
Wasn't talking on the PS3. Vita is region free. Thats a win! If you got it on the ps3... i feel for you.
