Jumping the shark?

Ok as you know there are some shows that stay on for too long and just end up being old and stale like in happy day's when it started getting old hence why The fonz Jumped the shark (This term is now used to say when the show went overboard when realising the show had become old and stale.

What i wanna know is what do you think is the worse culprit.
Now mine is When the simpsom did a promo of their show to the tune TiK ToK by kesha. ( I know some of you think simpsons got bad way before that but this is what took the biscuit)

I blame Fox for making my eyes bleed, and I declare this to be reason #8,021,535 that the Fox-Twats need to 'dealt with' quickly, when the things start going down.

I'm going to be bold and say the comic book movies are jumping the shark. Again. At first it was high class comics coming out. Then the comics only comic book people know. And know it's comic books some people have read and thought was fine enough. All the while the quality is jumping around the place from good to poor to a disservice to the source material. Eventually It's just going to blow up and have one really bad comic movie that completely kills intrest in comic book movies for another decade again.

My money is on the spiderman reboot or cross over stories that are in the works.

As everyone knows, The Simpsons isn't at the level of quality it used to be. It's hard to pick the exact moment that they jumped the shark, but I think it went downhill with the increasing numbers of celebrity cameos and trips to other countries.
