I was playing Just Cause 2 today and noticed that all of the civilians were nowhere to be found. There were only the enemy and friendly faction vehicles and npcs through the entire island. This is a pretty big flaw to this game because there are very little cars on the road and there are no civilians to torment. I loaded my last save and it didnt help, i turned my xbox off and on and it doesnt work, i looked it up and the PS3 has had this issue too. I dont want to start my file again because ive put about 10 or more hours into the game and am at 20 percent (its a big game).
Its kind of a game breaker for me, so hopefully they can fix this bug.

I think GTA series and saints row 2 sometimes suffers from this.

I don't know were the discussion value is but sorry about your game and you will just have to wait for a patch.

Hey, I had something like this happen to me when I was playing Saints Row 2 on my 360.
Just in case, you need to go look into your 360 memory, find Just Cause 2, and see if there is any corrupted data. If you see corrupted data, delete it.

They say you simply have to start a race and all the civilians and vehicles will be restored.

Haven't had this problem yet, so I'm not really sure if that fixes it or not, however.

Yea, just start a race and quit. It happened to me about 3 hours in, and that fixed it. It hasn't happened since either.

Did that include the nukable buildings? I mean, I see a great opportunity to farm those puppies off, if that was the case.

hmmmmm, that's weird, hasn't happened to me yet.

I think the mission system needs a bit of fixing before anything else. Seriously, three mission types? C'mon, that's a bit lazy if you ask me...

I was so very excited for this game, and after completing it, I find myself reaching backwards for some ORIGINAL Just Cause.
