So it's like 10 o'clock and I cracked open a window to let in some fresh air. The street is usually loud because I live a block from the fire station, tonight it's quiet though. It's been really foggy recently and I feel it has something to do with living thirty minutes from lake ontario (I can see it from the top of the hill on the main street leading to the highway) and our very sudden high temperatures. I like it when it's foggy though, makes the neighbourhood feel ethereal and other worldly.

What's the weather like guys?

Do you like it? Why?

Do you even care? usually I don't, save for thunderstorms.

Uncomfortably warm, and getting hot. Nights are nice, though, because they're right about my ideal temperature right now. I prefer cooler weather because I like wearing jeans, and when it starts getting over 70 degrees F, I have to consider switching to shorts.

You gotta wear shorts? That stinks, I never liked them. Mostly because I have terrible looking legs (knees face inward) and feel awkward in them. Jeans are best in my book. And aren't the night always the best part of the day?

Yeah, summers get in the 90's, so jeans are out of the question unless I want to walk around with my shirt soaked from sweat. I don't mind shorts, necessarily, but if given the option, I'll choose jeans ten out of ten times.

And yes, night is best. It's too damn bright during the day, so I've always got sunglasses with me.

I love rain, I love the sound of it, I love the smell of it, I love that it drowns out all the other noise of the world.

When I'm on holiday abroad and it rains (proper rain, not the drizzle we get here in Blighty), I just sit on the balcony and relax.

Sometimes, in the early hours of the morning, I just like to visit this site [http://www.rainymood.com/], turn off the lights, and try to emulate the same feeling of serenity.

Weather has been nuts as of recently, but that's how it is in this little corner of NM. Just the other day it was ice-cream weather and our local shaved ice stand even opened back up, only to be hit by a cold front.

Seems like it's on the way out though, it was really nice today; even if it is a bit chilly tonight.

Oh man I hear you, but storms are where it's at. hearing everything crash into each other in the sky... that could have been put a little better. I actually usually put on a sleep sounds rain or running water tape when I sleep. Can't stand the smell though oddly enough.

Rough man, Our winter for the last three years have been pathetically sparse. Suddenly we're hit with this weather and I'm like sweating in my tee. It's like summer. Low 20's high and everything.

That post, with your title just gave me the best image of an old man sitting on his porch, not giving a single fuck.

'Tornado? Pfft, only commies and foreigners are scared of them'

It's mostly expect around here until late April when it gets hot as hell, haha. It's around 7° (I converted that, I apologize if that's off base, 46° Fahrenheit)

It's all worth it for the spectacular sunsets.

Cool. Not too warm, nice in the sun, chilly in the shade. I like it I guess...

Wait...why do you ask?

Just as the title of the thread says really, Chit chat, I'm bored, I'm sure there are others who are bored and it's nice to just chill out and be bored together. [small]Also I'm trying to encourage people to reply to each other and get multiple conversations going in the same thread in order to inadvertently bring the community together better. I'm worried that saying it out loud will mess it up though. [/small]

I agree, sometimes it's just nice to start a thread where we can just chill out.

Reminds me of a certain Complain-O-Tron 9000[sup]TM[/sup]...

Ah, fun times.

Well I should be going to bed in thirty minutes because I get up at 3:30 but I decided to just roll with this, I'm also juggling the thread with texting one of my friends and I'm worried that I'll forget to send one back.

I'm sure your alternate self got something right before the Omniverse collpased.

Before you settle down for the night, maybe kill 7 minutes?

Great track.

You leave, as a sign of rebellion. Revolution, even.

Your teachers are bound to respect you for that.

Sounds pretty good, the only anime I ever watched were death note, gurren lagann and some of eureka 7 (My favourite). Strangely I love their typical art style and the subtle differences between them just not the stories so much. (Typical I Know)

It starts off rather serene, but gets pretty emotional towards the end.

It's actually two songs, based off the same idea, really, both sound similiar but are very different in style.
