Just finished Black Ops

So yeah, just finished the campaign of Black Ops and it is really good. At around 7 hours and having a plot/ideas they seem to have thought through very thoroughly it keeps you interested. I don't want to post too much since the game hits stores tomorrow but it does a great job of bringing back characters from WaW and the whole experience is best summed up as a mind fuck.

Also there's a really bold clip to put that they put in at the end of the game which surprised me greatly.

And if anyone is interested in zombies I've just seen the new zombie mode characters - Kennedy, Nixon, Castro and McNamara

I could have sworn the first 2 games had fairly decent length campaigns - the first one at the very least - but I haven't played them in so long I can't remember.

There is no way in hell you did that xD I'm sorry, but no. Just... No! Even if you one-shot killed every enemy and didn't die you'd struggle to make that time simply from the sheer amount of travelling.

Are you sure you aren't talking about one of the episodes (I know people who've made that mistake)?

Just on regular to see what the game had to offer. I did mess around a bit for achievements etc so may be shorter than 7 hours slightly.

For a FPS game based heavily around multiplayer that's pretty long but not too long that you get bored

So it isn't brimming with ridiculous plot holes like MW2? That's good to hear. I always thought it was such a waste that they put such a generic, incomprehensible storyline in one of the world's most popular games, but if this one is actually good, then it's a purchase for me.

I've always loved Call of Duty's campaigns. Especially the stealth missions' All Ghillied Up, Cliffhanger, etc. Hopefully there's more like that.
