Ok - in college, you'll eat mostly for nutrition if you're genre-savvy.
+Proteins: Peanut-butter/nuts, jerky, eggs, beef-products if affordable
+Calcium: Cheese, Milk, daily products in general (ice cream can be a supplement, but shouldn't constitute the whole)
+Carbohydrates: Are in pretty much anything bread-like. Cereal, toast, crackers, pasta, e.t.c. This one's easy.
+Sugars: You know what sugar's in. Lol.
Obviously, that's far from a nutritionist's list, but it'll suffice for starving-student purposes.
I'm being cautionary because the famous "freshman 15" occurs if you get to callous in your diet. Happens to so many college freshies - they move off, only eat pizza and junk food, and gain 15+ lbs. Your stamina goes down, as does your self-esteem and your ability to focus...
I just realized that "Obesity" can be thought of as an IRL debuff. Lol, thanks OP. I hope my pearls of wisdom help!
