Ok occasionally I like to look up ridiculous news articles, and this one just takes the cake. So let the comments flow in on this

Poor boy. Hand Reattachments usually never work out so well (permanent nerve damage). There's really not enough information about the case to say anything, so I'll refrain from judgement... but the lawsuit's probably FOS (aren't they all lol).

Obviously the grandmother had a duty of care to the child that she didn't fulfil.


I don't agree with suing her, the same way I don't agree with the lawsuit culture of America in general, but it's hardly a sensational occurrence.

Is it a dick move on the father's part? Yeah, but it's not shocking.
