I improve moral. Everyone can just look at my life and say "Wow! At least I'm not that guy."
It's not "moral", it's "morale".

Well, at least I feel better about my English language skills. Thanks, guy!

OT: Well, this thread isn't going to comment itself.

That isn't enough? Fine, I justify myself by introducing you to RubberFruit

well i would simply say this to the robot...
why are you given the power to chose who exists? what makes you the master of the life and death? besides i do not have to justify myself to a f*cking machine! f*ck you ya god d*mn toaster!
Because, and I quote the robot here "Because I have the power to snap your body in two like a dry reed!"

Amazing show, really amazing.

I don't know how I could justify my existence. I guess, no, I hope people would miss me if I'm gone. I like to help, make people laugh, listen to their problems but I don't think that makes me more deserving than the next guy. Also I can be complete smeeeeee heeeeee sometimes :p

I remember hearing of that episode! I haven't seen it yet, but I plan to if it happens to be on.

Now, let's see...

"As a young and intelligent being, I have the potential to earn my place in the world one day."

(Or, since I'm being judged by - effectively - myself...)

"You won't delete me, you piece of shit. You don't have the balls."

A little backstory on this first. After watching an old British Sci-fi comdedy called Red Dwarf, there is one episode where a robot makes people justify their existence and if they can't deletes them from time and space and replaces them with another life, one of the sperms that didn't make it to the egg(so to speak).
I actually love you. When I read the thread title, I was instantly reminded of 'The Inquisitor'. It's made me ridiculously happy to learn that my instinct was actually right, and that someone else is aware of Red Dwarf's existence. -Delighted squeal- <3

OT: As others have said before me, I'd be in the same boat as Rimmer. I am remarkably harsh on myself, and as such, it'd be no easy feat to convince myself I deserve to live over anyone else. One thing I could say in my own defence is that I have a good heart, a strong sense of justice, and an open mind. I'm slowly working towards entering into a career in the Public Services, where I'll be hunting down criminals and bringing them to justice - not entirely unlike the work of The Inquisitor. That's gotta count for something, right?

I will be the next Teddy Roosevelt of America! Isn't that what you'd want?
Why Teddy? Franklin was much better. Seriously I think that was America's finest hour.
Because without ol' Teddy, Franklin couldn't have done half of the things he did in office! Teddy put Progressivism into American Politics, and Franklin pushed progressivism in when the people needed it most. Since most Americans (In modern times) Seem to be a bit fearful of progress, we need a Teddy, not a Frank.
