J'zargo quest problem (Skyrim)

I got the quest, but no matter how many undead I kill the quest won't count them. I've tried on ghosts and my own reanimated corpses. Is this a bug, can I fix, how, is it not, ect.???

Have you been using the scrolls he gave you or something else?

If you dont use the scrolls it doesnt work

just go to a nord crypt and you only need one if you gather a few of them up

Gotta use the scrolls and (I believe) they gotta be skeletons. Ghosts and summons won't work. Don't worry about but next time you're cave trawling, keep the scrolls handy. I made sure I didn't have any followers or conjured creatures helping me either.
