It seems that even god couldn't take the massive amount of trolling and gave him a little squeeze in the heart to let him know that freaking out all the simple fucks and getting them to sell their worldy possesions was a bad move.

Meh, I'm not really mad at that guy. He thought that the world was going to end. Big deal. If anyone were actually worried about that it was their fault for taking the word of a religious-fanatic nut.[sub]Does not count if the worried party suffers from some sort of clinical anxiety of course[/sub]
I would be very pleased if the guys over at WBC got themselves a few strokes though.

Haven't you heard? The good die young, but pricks live forever. WBC are basically immortal.

I agree.

All he did is say what he thought. What he thought was wrong, but to wish ill on someone like this is rather wrong.

And anyways, he is getting old. Who knows if he will even be around for the rapture on October 21?

I did not wish ill on him, i'm simply pointing out that his "predictions" ruined lives and now karma is dealing with him, didn't say if it was right or wrong, but you reap what you sow.

All he did was make up fairy tails about the end of the world.

And squander people's money based on idiotic belief in fairy tails.

...

Ok hes a douchebag but we still don't wish death upon him.

Good riddance. Maybe he can use all the millions he swindled from theists to help with the recovery.

Again, I hope you're not implying I wished ill on anyone, because I wasn't.

It seems that he's willing to throw darts at a calendar and claim the date hit is the Rapture. So now the world's [not] ending in October? Also, wasn't the Rapture supposed to happen about 15 years ago, by the same mans prediction? I suppose he's of the mindset that if he keeps guessing, eventually he'll end up being right.

To quote Chris Niosi, "Oh, freakin' RAPTURE.". Oh, how I did laugh just now...

On a different note, this strictly western misrepresentation of Karma [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karma] is a little bit annoying... the "people who do bad stuff have bad stuff happen to them" view is simplistic and provably false. Not that I'm a religious man, I've just studied the stuff a little.

OT: ...you don't actually believe this "God got tired of the guy's assumptions and punished him with a stroke" malarkey, do you? Seriously, just look at the guy:

My grandfather looked less dead than that in his casket! He was just hoping for this "rapture" business so he could leave a mark on the world (and end his most likely horrifically painful life sooner), I imagine.

My thoughts on the man are unchanged. He was an idiot before....he's an idiot now.

Also, a stroke is not a heart attack.

I know it isn't, which is why I said a squeeze, as in held up the blow flow going to the brain.

See, the only problem I have with him is that he ruined the lives of some people. Those that sold all their belongings, because of his prediction. Now, fair enough, if he didn't predict it, someone else would have, and the same thing would happen. I still think religion is a nice thing, people need something to believe in, but it can lead to immensely stupid things. Why isn't there a religion with a nice god, whose rules are pretty much, mind your own business, and don't tell others what to believe.

Besides that, meh, no problems with him. Actually, I have no problems with him, all problems are with religion. Specifically, that religions think they are right, and all others are wrong.

How is it karma? If he was a young man...maybe. But he's like a bajillion years old, this isn't rare.

Second, I don't have any hate towards him like he's a troll, he actually believed the world was going to end. Hard to fault him for being a loon, at least he's semi-polite as compared to WBC
