Kate Middleton Apologizes for 'Confusion' Over Family Photo That Caused Controversy
Kate Middleton has issued an apology over the family photograph released on Mother's Day in the U.K., admitting she had 'experimented with editing' with the picture that was later recalled over claims it had been altered.
"Allegedly," Kate Middleton, yes, THAT one of Royal Family fam, posted a picture of herself and her children on social media for Mother's Day. Well, some keen-eyed sleuths noticed a couple of spots where the photo may have been edited. This led to Photoshop experts “around the world” to find more than a dozen points where the photo had been altered. A dozen!! Can you imagine the scandal?!? And over the past two days, news of this egregious misconduct caused such a ruckus, that Middleton posted a public apology, but is it too little too late?!? A picture has since been taken of the side of her face as she rides in a car with Prince William leading everyone around the globe to wonder: “what ELSE is she hiding??”
Yes, I'm aware of the absurdity of posting this in the Current Events forum to align with the complete absurdity that this is "news" at all. I know I’ve asked this before, but what is everyone’s obsession with every niggling detail of the Royal Family’s lives?? More importantly, why is something so entirely innocuous and inconsequential making news? I mean had she tried to photoshop herself, I dunno, facilitating peace talks between Israel and Gaza to pass it off as a real thing, sure, let’s talk about it, but a family photo??
Can anyone closer to this “news” please explain why every time a Royal farts, the media wants to sniff the wind to scrutinize their diet?
