What games do you usually keep? The ones that are great or every game you ever buy?

I seem to have a problem where i only keep the games i think are brilliant, i may find games fun for a while but if they aren't great or have cool storylines then i usually trade them in... leaving me with not much of a collection.

I have never traded in a game.
No matter how bad, I always collect the game, the box, and the instruction manual.

Not counting the older systems I have going back to the Omni - Vectrex - 2600

360: 35 games
PS3: 25 games
PC: Not counting Steam about 40 - Counting Steam - your guess is as good as mine

I look at my games not just as entertainment but in a way a collection. I have several games still in the shrink wrap waiting for me to get to them. I just love having the collection. For every Mass Effect 2 I also have a Kameo - or a Viva Pinata - I know I probably won't play them ever again but I derive enjoyment just from owning it in my collection.

Course with a possible kid on the way - I could be collecting diapers instead

I usally keep every game. Even the ones I didn't like. Usually because i buy them for something stupidly cheap so there would be almost no point in selling it.

Every single one, Although I am considering chucking the physical copies I have and re-purchasing them on steam... just to get rid of the clutter.

I seem to hang on to games forever....even my old, old PS1 and 2 games, even though I now lack the consoles to play these games. Sometimes I do wish I still had a PS2 to play FF7 for example, totally in love with that game. There goes me babbling on about FF7 again..
Long story short-I hang on to every game I buy.

I need to have some degree of affection for it, elsewise, it gets traded in. Maybe I'll play it again someday, maybe I won't, doesn't really matter. I just enjoy seeing them up on my shelf -makes me happy to know they're there.

I keep all the games I buy. I don't know why. I guess I just don't really think of selling them.

I usually keep all my games unless the game was really, really bad. Then that stinker is going for a drive to Gamestop. Because of this I have a massive amount of games. I usually try to avoid trading a game in, only to want to play it later.

I never trade in. Game shops never offer what a game is really worth and I value the games that I have to be priceless in the sense that I don't want to trade them away.

I'll trade in games that are either horrible or that I've completed. If a game is good and has replay value I'll keep it. If it's not good, I usually don't buy it in the first place. I prefer to keep my collection small.
