Where can I find a pen on screen drawing tablet that does not need to Mac or PC to work?

So, like a paper notebook? Is that what you want? Or do you mean a tablet notebook, which would be considered a Mac or PC laptop?

The first thing that comes to mind is the DS, though I dought that will be much help.

I'll use google to see if I can find something.
