Batman Beyond. A spinoff of the original animated series set in the future with Bruce Wayne mentoring a new Batman. Was entertaining and the teenage characters didn't make you want to beat them over the head with something heavy. Also, Animaniacs and Avatar The Last Airbender.

Shaun the sheep and Pokemon. I don't really like the newer Pokemon episodes because the english dubbing these days suck major donkewy wang. But i still love the first few seasons with Ash, Misty and Brock journeying through the Kanto region.

I am fond of a lot of shows I grew up with as a child, but there are two shows that stand out to me that I caught wind of after I was out of the audience range.

1. Kipper. Not about a fish, but a dog. Its just squee-tastic, and it has a miniature schnauzer as one of the characters.
With my dog recently deceased now, it makes me both squee and cry. Weird combination.

2. Phineus and Ferb. A friend of mine convinced me to watch a modern Disney cartoon, of all things, and after seeing a few episodes, I understood why. Its quirky, amusing, and can actually pull off having tons of refrences. I mean, They actually refrence ICHC, its that epic. How did Disney get a hold of these writers?!

Sad to hear about your dog. But Kipper is awesome. Angry beavers,Duck Tales and Johhny Bravo are still my favourite shows.
