Well the zombies wouldn't stand a chance against thous wizards, and if the killing floor guys got regular ammo drops they would probably do fine, until they had to fight a yeti, or actually Kan would probably do them in, if they managed to get past the battle mages and giant trolls with grenade launchers. Oh, I thought this was about who would win in a fight...
In that case go magicka, that game can be a hell of a lot of fun to play solo, but I only play killing floor with friends. Though if you have friends to play with, i recommend killing floor. Magicka is still a little rough around the edges when it comes to multilayer.

I own both although I haven't touched Magicka yet. My biased opinion would be to roll with killing floor. For whatever reason, class based, zombie stomping never gets old. That and they keep releasing character packs and maps for it. (honestly I'd say check out youtube to get a feel for both).
Do u have friends that have magicka? if so get that, playing it with people you know just makes it 100 times better, with randoms and solo its fun but not as much. If u dont have people to play it with i say get killing floor, more fun solo and with just random internet people and great with friends to. Also if u get KF u can help portal 2 come out faster

I had a lot of fun playing Majicka singleplayer, although from what I've seen the multiplayer's buggy, hopefuly it's been patched by now. It's a solid buy for anyone who's familiar with Fantasy games.
The controls can be a bit difficult to get used to, however. If you're familiar with Portal and TF2, then Killing Floor'll have a better learning curve.
Personally, I'd save for a bit and get Portal 2.

I love Killing Floor, lots of fun and variety, huge amounts of teamwork, and you will tank so much time into leveling up your perks. However, since the release of Killing Floor in early 2009 there's been four major updates, meaning updates are rare occassions.
