I was very impressed with this album, it had all the things that I was hoping it would have.Great riffs, harmonies, and a lot of singing. It sounded like the band put a lot of work into the songs in order to assure that the fans enjoyed them. The minute the first song began i knew that it was going to be good. Howard was for sure putting all that he had vocal wise into the songs. You can hear the energy and feel it.Joel and Adam D. went all out for this album with their riffs. The bass from Mike is a lot more present on this album than in the previous ones. Justin's drum beats are as awesome as always, not sounding hard but when you watch him and then try to play them you realize how hard they really are. I give this album a solid 10/10

Song list:
1. "Daylight Dies"
2. "This Is Absolution"
3. "The Arms of Sorrow"
4. "Unbroken"
5. "My Curse"
6. "For You"
7. "Still Beats Your Name"
8. "Eye of the Storm"
9. "Break the Silence"
10. "Desperate Times"
11. "Reject Yourself"

I didnt enjoy it as much. They used to be a lot heavier, and singing was only really used in some choruses. They seem alot like they are trying to cater to a wide audience instead of doing what they want. Still though, its a very good album, with Reject Yourself being the best track. I love Howard's voice, but going back to the bands roots wouldnt be such a bad thing next time around.
