Haven't seen the first one, though I wanted to. Don't know if this movie is just for the cash-in or a whole hearted sequel. You never know, it might turn out pretty decent.

A sequel? This movie was supposed to be based on a true event (A true event with apperantly four different endings depending on the version you watch) so are they just going to "investigate" another paranormal event? Seems like a cheap attempt for another low budget film for a quick profit...

I just cannot see why this would be made. Yeah, the ending was open-ended, but isn't that the point? And now that we know exactly what it is that's doing the evil deeds, where would the suspense come from?

Even in a world full of superfluous sequels, this is silly.
