It doesn't matter if it is your video or not. Simply posting a link to a video and saying that it is 'frickin sweet' provides absolutely no basis for conversation, and is spam. Do not do this again, please.

Yes, but those videos are usually an accompaniment to a greater conversation topic. This was not such a video. It is advertising because he is promoting a video using the forums. That is advertisement.

He is advertising, and I am simply stating that what he did is against the Posting Guidelines here. If he wants to say that the video was sweet, he can do it in the comments section on Youtube, not here.
