And Kojima and del Toro are still actually working on Silent Hills in secret while publicly stating it's been cancelled just so fans can experience the true horror of having their hopes and dreams crushed. Then when it actually releases in two years, it'll sell millions of copies.

I mean, seriously, this is the company that says that the only bigger-budget game they're going to make is Pro Evolution Soccer; other that that it's all mobile games and panchiko machines...what could Kojima possibly work on if he stayed past December?! How gullible do you think we are?

OT: Yeah, more like he's on vacation until his contract's up, like other people have pointed out. Konami is just burning their bridge to the gaming world so that they can hope to cash in on a more lucrative market. They won't need a "star person" when they're attempting to go into a different market. They'll just need gambling to be legalized in Japan. They won't care...unless they fail on the gambling scene.
